I was granted an assignment and I immediately set aside everything to fulfill the company's requirements! The communication was extremely poor; every time I believed I had completed everything, there was always something else! As a single parent with a fixed income, this has been particularly challenging! I have already undergone a TB test, yet they insisted I take another one; I possess a BLS certification, but they required me to obtain another one as well, leading to numerous out-of-pocket expenses. I am fully capable of performing the job, and some might even consider me overqualified! I prepaid for a hotel for the assignment. I am not one to complain, but this situation has genuinely shattered my heart and spirit! I am in tears as I write this. I lost an entire week of work simply waiting! I submitted all requested documents. Now, when I attempt to call or email regarding the reimbursement for the TB and BLS certifications, I receive no replies! This company has left me with a negative impression. I had a vacation planned, which I postponed, incurring additional fees to change my flight and arrival time. I am one of the kindest individuals you could meet! I would give my last possession and the shirt off my back. This experience has truly devastated me! Mainly Kara Mahuni! She didnt know anything and had to get back to me about every question! Very unprofessional, dont respect time, they didn't offer any discounts for hotel stays or rental vehicles! Just because of them im not planning on using any travel agency any time soon! Also I dont believe that they are honest about the pay! Someone needs to be held accountable maybe at least an apology.

Slow to respond, when she did I was told to keep lines of communication open I’d be hearing from her within the hour!! Two days later still NOTHING!! I see why people are withdrawing applications, this is beyond frustrating. Health care is 24/7/365 INCLUDING weekends. Do NOT tell me you’re available on a Sunday and calling then blow me off!! Clearly I’m not looking for work out of boredom!!

I can not get hired by health trust. They can not give me a reason why.
