I'm not sure if its the recruiters or the company but they are very insulting. They ask repeated questions about your education even though its listed on the app, I'm credentialed through the board, and you've answered the same questions multiple times. Lastly they refused to submit me for a job that PREFERRED BSN. Although I dont have a BSN I have over 20 urs experience, but that wasnt good enough for them. It comes off as indirectly questioning my skills and/or credentials. It is insulting and it is rude.

Company offers “non-taxable” well above the GSA approved rate! If this is not reflected on a w2 as taxable wage, that is fraudulent! This means the IRS can come after you for unpaid taxes! Be aware!

I CANT UPLOAD THE PICTURE SO I UPLOAD IT ON THERE WEBSITE .As a first-time travel nurse, my experience with this recruiter was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After I informed him that I decided to move forward with another opportunity, he responded with rude, disrespectful, and intimidating messages instead of handling the situation professionally. He insulted my character, attempted to scare me into staying with the agency, and made inappropriate comments about me “failing” my ECG exam and “coming back crying for help.” No recruiter should ever speak to a nurse this way. Travel nurses deserve recruiters who are supportive, respectful, transparent, and professional — even if a candidate decides to go with another company. The way this situation was handled felt manipulative and completely unprofessional. I would strongly encourage other nurses, especially first-time travelers, to be cautious and pay attention to how recruiters communicate under pressure. Professionalism matters.
