The fellow coworkers were amazing, pay was decent, and we got to eat lunch and dinner free while working - we would grab the food in a to go box but we rarely had time to eat it but I would get to eat it after I got home which helped

Avoid UHS/Horizon/Acadia. No security team, no protective gear, no emergency call system, cameras don't work in several dangerous areas where no one can hear you calling for help, dangerous, violent patients, minimal staffing, nurses asked to answer phones/faxes, run paperwork and so many things that keep them from doing their actual nurse jobs that their licensure and state law require them to do. I got hurt twice and police had to be called several times to quell riots
