Where is the CEO/founder of this company? Under cover Boss? The owner need to be aware of how this company is being ran. A lot of game playing, finger pointing, lies and unprofessionalism. They know that they are going to get paid on pay day whether recruit or not.... they will just use excuses to make themselves look good.
