Pros
Alan has been so responsive! He is always letting me know when things are made available, ensured I get paid fairly, and did everything he could to get me a desirable shift! I couldn’t have asked for someone better, I feel like I hit the lottery when it comes to recruiters!

Pros
Alan has been a FABULOUS recruiter! He always responds to my text messages even if he doesn't have the answers I'm looking for immediately, he gets back to me & let's me know he is finding the answers for me! Alan has negotiated & ensured that I am paid fairly and on time weekly! I experienced a family emergency prior to the 1st day of a no time off contract & Alan negotiated & ensured that I would be granted time off to tend to my family & not break the contract. I've experienced recruiters that don't care & are slow to respond.....Alan is not that recruiter! I've felt nothing but support from Alan & his team. I look forward to continuing my travel journey with Alan & Olaro.

Pros
My experience with Olaro and in particular Alan Ostendorf (my recruiter) has been nothing but top notch! Alan is very responsive and proved to be helpful in landing the perfect contracts. I experienced some difficult medical emergencies & even a death in my family leading up to the 1st day of a NO TIME OFF contract & Alan as well as his team handled me with so much compassion & support & even negotiated & ensured I would be granted time off from the facility to tend to my family & attend the memorial service. Benefits from day 1 & weekly pay is an added bonus with Olaro! I look forward to continuing my travel journey with Alan and all of Olaro.
