Just speaking with her, I can tell that she's an awesome person. She didn't sound like the typical recruiter. I know she works with a lot of nurses which keeps her busy, I can't blame them, she's a great recruiter. Transparency, responsiveness, honesty, and an amicable person.

As a COTA/L, I often have to work with multiple recruiters due to there not being as many travel jobs out there as other scopes. With that being said, Caitie is hands down the best recruiter I’ve come across since I started traveling. She is so responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with my placement. I also have to compliment the compliance team for helping me and staying on top of things to make sure I start in time.
