This was my first time taking an assignment posted on Vivian and I was nervous about taking it with a smaller company (you know some of these companies can be sketchy) but Cailey surpassed my expectations! She was super responsive and helped me get my assignment secured quickly so I could get the current rate and get back to work ASAP. She made everything seemless between compliance, payroll and hospital communication. Also made sure I was well prepared with the appropriate contact information for her other colleagues while she was away on vacation. The compliance team at Premier was also great too! Between the whole staff it made the stress of taking an assignment 17 hours away from home a great experience. I would definitely take another assignment with Cailey and Premier again.

When’s I began interacting with Nicole I had never traveled as a nurse and my skill sets were limited. She was very open, honest and approachable. There was not a question she was not willing to answer. I was part of a travel “duo” and that only made the challenge more difficult. She never made me false promises, but instead gave me options and the possible ramifications of each choice. There was a time I felt I was not being treated appropriately and the entire team was behind me. They walked me through the best way to handle my concerns and when that didn’t work they stepped in and advocated for me. Premier has made me feel like and individual again! The response time from Nicole and her team is prompt and any bump along the way has been met with swift intervention and resolution. I have traveled consistently for 14 months. Contract negotiations are quick, easy, and have met my reasonable request. I am blessed to have been exposed to Premier as my first travel agency and would recommend them to all my fellow nurses.
