I was up for a few different roles in 1 system. Was turned down for 1 role because I had never worked with a specific cardiac drip. Went to a different system and was floated constantly. Went to their surgical unit and was given surgicals that I had never had before. Was told to wing it! The company floats travelers over staff. They don’t follow what they tell you when recruiting you like patio ratios. When talking to the recruiter about it, she took weeks to follow up and asked if I wanted that put in my contract! Why wasn’t that in their before if the company needed it to follow rather than their own word?!? Recruiter takes weeks to get back to you but forgets she’s your recruiter and texts/emails asking if you’re looking for a travel contract or know someone who is….

Nothing good regarding the interaction with this recruiter.

She lied about the contract. This company will post a job that’s no longer available, get all your documents and come back with a different offer. She would lie about your pay. Your paycheck would get messed up.
