Pros
I was a nobody, first time on Vivian and overwhelmed. It’s hard to get a recruiter to take you seriously when you’re new to the mix but thankfully Rizwan trusted me and supported my efforts to get a great contract. His whole team of onboarders were exceptional.
Cons
Im a NOC nurse so any phone call from the team at 7 am probably wasn’t received well. They put up me…..wait, did i just make myself the con? Shout out to Akansha for “catching on” one early morning and quickly saying she’d call back later. All my RESPECT to her as well.

I totally recommend this agency! Everyone from my recruiter Aryan, to my onboarding specialist Sweta, and HR employee relations rep Muawwaz have been very knowledgeable, great at communicating, and very friendly. The rates are good and the process went smoothly. First time using this agency and everyone has responded appropriately to all my questions in a timely manner!
