⚠️ WARNING TO ALL TRAVEL NURSES: Avoid Sanford Health Recruitment ⚠️ If you value your license, your time, and your professional sanity, do not sign a contract with Sanford Health. My recent experience with their internal recruitment team (specifically for the 6Ne Peds Nurs RN position) has revealed a level of systemic dishonesty, record fabrication, and gaslighting that I have never encountered in my nursing career. 🚩 The "Internal Agency" Conflict of Interest Sanford Health operates with a dangerous lack of oversight by using an internal "agency" model that is part of the actual facility. This creates a toxic vacuum of accountability. • Zero Advocacy: Unlike a third-party agency that fights for their nurse, these recruiters (specifically Allison Birrenkott and Taylor Schnettler) prioritize covering their own administrative failures over filling critical patient care gaps. • Unethical Integration: Because the agency is the facility, there is no one to check their "malpractice." They act as judge, jury, and executioner of your candidacy, willing to tank a qualified nurse's reputation to hide their own technical or personal oversights.  🚩 Fabrication of Records & Gaslighting During my recruitment process, the staff demonstrated a shocking lack of integrity: • Digital Deception: They claimed to have made multiple call attempts and left voicemails for a scheduled interview. Forensic checks of my dual-line device prove this is a pathological lie—no calls were ever received.  • Retaliatory "Recalls": When caught in their lies, Allison Birrenkott attempted to "recall" emails—a transparent and pathetic attempt to scrub the digital record of her own unprofessionalism.  • The "Closed Job" Escape: The moment I held them accountable for their missed obligations, Taylor Schnettler’s immediate reaction was to claim the job was "closed" and flee the conversation. This is not "professionalism"; it is cowardice.  🚩 A Hostile Environment Before You Even Start If this is how they treat a RN during the interview phase, imagine how they will treat you when you are on the floor. • They view candidate accountability as "hostility" and use corporate gaslighting to deflect from their own incompetence.  • They are willing to leave units short-staffed and patients at risk rather than admit they missed a phone call.  Final Verdict: DO NOT APPLY. The healthcare industry is built on truth and accurate charting. If a recruitment team is willing to fabricate communication logs to save face, they are a liability to your career. Sanford Health’s recruitment culture is catastrophic, ego-driven, and fundamentally unethical. Protect your reputation. Take your talents to a facility that values the truth
