I have been with Seven for almost a year after being with a bigger agency and have had a great experience. They have been able to provide competitive pay and onboarding was easy. My recruiter Isaac is very responsive and is never too pushy. I’ve had experience with a fair share of recruiters and he has been the best to work with.

Benefits not provided first day. You don’t get your full stipend if you don’t work your full time hours (like a call off/sick day). I’ve also had pay delayed a couple times but it was quickly resolved by the end of the day or the following Monday.

Isaac is absolutely amazing. He’s always very responsive and efficient at his job. I have to say he’s the primary reason I keep resigning with Seven. He even reached out to me when I wasn’t on contract just to check in. He makes you feel like more than just a client which is why I will continue to resign with him as long as I can.

The one con I would say is your first week paycheck is a partial check. I never experienced that with any other travel company before.
