Pros

I only have amazing things to say about her. I would even take a job with her that has a lower rate vs somewhere else because she is so caring and friendly. Agency wise, I had benefits day one, 600 travel allowance paid first check, PTO accrual every week I have used after finishing assignment and daily pay.

Cons

Not the highest rates out there, but the quality of the recruiter makes up for it. Only other con would be sometimes they don't have locations I see other agencies listing.

I have been with Stability for over 1.5 yrs. Katie Witt has been the best recruiter I could of ever asked for. She goes over and beyond making sure I get the best assignments and makes every effort to fully accommodate. She always checks in to make sure everything is going well. Katie and the entire Stability staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have questions and they always make the onboarding process so simple and smooth. I’ve had great experiences on all my travel assignments and highly recommend Katie to get the best experience for you!
