Lacking integrity, communication and access
The recruiters in my experience over extend their interest in professional candidates without real intention of hiring, as their compensation is reflective of how many calls they can make, not how many qualified conracts they secure for employment. Even the recruiters' names seem fictional, leaving the client with the burden of being exposed to unprofessional handling of their resume, their time and career.

Didn’t view my resume correctly and then sent a very rude response before closing the chat, which didn’t allow me to respond and speak to them. Later, after I voiced my distaste of this behavior, I was sent another private message where he claimed he wasn’t rude and I had an attitude. Once again, closed the chat before I could respond. He loves to give an attitude then cut lines of communication before anyone can say anything in return. Ten years of home health experience and this person claimed I’m not experienced enough for travel. If this is the type of recruiter they have then that’s all I need to know. This company obviously has poor values that I can’t support.
