I REALLY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. if I can give it 0 stars, I would. Firstly, when we first started initiating the paperwork and things to even start the contract. The process was extremely unorganized and hectic, and I felt like I was having to run out of the door every day, sometimes multiple times a day to keep getting immunizations or test results, drug screenings and other type of screenings I feel like that’s something they should’ve had in order from the start. They did not uphold my contract and when I told them that the facility tried to force me to extend my contract without extra pay or negotiation they really didn’t do anything about it. The facility was allowed to cancel my contract after the first day because I wouldn’t extend. This agency apologized to the facility saying that that I was aware that my contract was supposed to end later than what was stated. Good thing I had text messages in the actual contract proving what we agreed to and what they were trying to go back on. Also, I was told that I will be reimbursed for scrubs and other things needed to do the job. I never got reimbursed so that was such a waste of money. I also haven’t been paid for that day of work. I have been reaching out to everyone possible at this company trying to get information. I don’t feel like I’m being unreasonable in saying that I want to be paid for the hours that I worked at the facility as well as a prorated stipend. And they still refuse to even respond to a text message or phone call. My recommendation? Please go to a different agency. In the beginning, they will respond, but if anything goes wrong, or you need any type of assistance, you won’t be able to reach anyone. This was my first contract so that probably played a part in how they treated me so if this is your first contract, I also wouldn’t go with them.

She called to get my info to be submitted. After that, I had to text and call her to find out the outcome. She was either texting that she was in a meeting or just not answering. To this day, no answer and no update. I wouldn’t work with them save yourself some time and work with another agency that cares.
