About
At Triage, we prefer to be real. Real about expectations—both ours and yours. Real about how a decision you make today could affect your tomorrows. Real about how compensation actually works. Real about how great—or grating—your next supervisor may be.
Being real allows everyone at Triage to be ready. Ready to serve you with real honesty. So if that gig near the ocean is really no day at the beach, or that third shift comes with a second-class rate, we tell you. So you can be ready, too.
We staff all five major divisions of acute care—nursing, lab, radiology, cardiopulmonary and rehab therapy, offering:
- Competitive, custom pay packages
- One point of contact for both travelers and facilities (per division)
- A reliable recruiter who's got your back throughout your entire assignment
- In-house compliance and accounting specialists
- A clinical liaison team available 24/7 to offer medical and professional support and career development
- A mentoring program that is run and managed by actual clinicians—yeah, you read that right
- And more (because of course there’s more)
Are we the biggest? No. Are we the best? That’s rather subjective, but we’re trying to be. Will we work like hell to get you as close to your idea of heaven as possible? Yes. Yes, we will.

Pros
I've been with Triage for 2.5 yrs now and must say the experience has been AMAZING. I could not have had this experience if it wasn't for my recruiter, Jared Renken. Jared has always responded in a timely manner and made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. Thank you Jared for all you do and more....

Pros
I'm impressed with all the comments written by staff and workers at Triage Staffing. You really appear to care about the employees who work for you. I wish I could have applied sooner, because as of current you're not taking more applications. Most importantly, I would have been interested in the licensed, certificate reimbursement for courses that I need to take to receive my license and certification ...thats right I don't have either, just a strong interest in two things, 1) I'm highly physically active, workout 1.5 to 2.5 hours daily at the gym daily, and 2) I have a high desire to help others who have physical and mental disabilities...but more than that, I have been a health care provider for over 20 years..was I certified, yes, but that was 10 years ago...i paid big bucks, and no reimbursement, and for that matter no real increase in pay after certification as a cna..i don't want to go through that again...i like your statement about being real..hey, we need this, all workers do. All I have to say is I'm motivated to help others exercise well, eat right, lose weight to better their health, and increase mobility, and knowing how their lifestyle influences their health...i think given the opportunity, I might be able to help a few people..maybe next time..thankyou for your comments...Judy
