Excellent Agency

From day one my experience have been amazing. Corey has been the best recruiter. She is very helpful and communicative. She is caring and kind. From onboarding to payroll I have had the best overall experience being a traveler. I will definitely continue to work and growth with Walker Healthforce!!!!!

This isn’t my first travel assignment, however, it is my first with Walker. I have nothing but positive reviews. My recruiter is Chris and he worked quickly and effectively to find me a contract within my desired area. Travel Nurse companies are typically very busy but I recommend Walker due to their eagerness to help and eagerness to get you where you’d like to go!:)

No Communication

At first my recruiter seemed pro-active, got me interview w/a facility. Interview went well and was offered a assignment. Excepted offer-on boarding process was good, until it got close to time for me to leave for my assignment. At the last min, the day before I was to travel for the assignment, I received a call that the facility cancelled the assignment. I was in shock and not happy. I had to cancel my flight, unreserved my hotel stay, in less than 24hr. All they could say was sorry! …and that they will work on getting me another assignment. It has been a week since everything, and my recruiter has not reached out to me. This company is unprofessional and the clients that they work with are ,too. The level of treatment and of how things have been handle, shows the lack of empathy and consideration for the people they hire. These agencies do not care after it’s said and done. To go through the hiring process, prepare yourself to leave (purchasing a flight, reserving residency and quitting your job to take another) just to be forgotten w/no communication and not even trying to help you or be very pro-active in finding you another assignment in order to rectify the situation, and making it a priority to stay in touch w/you- is unacceptable! No urgency at all…I am now out of money and w/o a job opportunity, having to start over. You don’t treat people this way. This is bad business! OAN: I was hired early Feb, was to start assignment in beginning of March. So, the facility had time to give a proper notice to let agency know if they didn’t want to proceed w/the assignment.
