I am a certified sterile process technician at Massachusetts General Hospital, my role is called Service line coordinator (Operating room liaison), which is a Supervisor level job. Recently, we were thinking about moving there, but I don’t know anything about the healthcare system there and as you know the first step is to find a solid job before looking for a house!
