NOW OFFERING $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!!!! aQua Dialysis Clear Lake is seeking a full time Home Therapies RN to provide excellent quality care for our dialysis patients. An ideal candidate has at least a year of nursing experience and at least six months of experience with peritoneal dialysis. This position includes PD and home hemo. The Home Dialysis Nurse trains the patient and/or care partner to successfully self-administer dialysis treatment. The nurse also conducts home visits to assess the patient's home environment and evaluate patient outcomes. They obtain data to track program and patient performance to improve quality of care. This position is primarily Monday through Friday and includes on-call nursing services, nights and weekends, on a rotational basis as needed or assigned. They may have to be flexible with hours to accommodate patients.
