Nurse Supervisor

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join the Kent Kidney Center West in a full-time, evening shift position. Purpose The Nursing Supervisor is responsible to the supporting Nurse Manager and Clinical Director for the daily operations of the dialysis unit. The responsibilities include patient and staff scheduling, supervision of staff in the Unit and of monitoring daily productivity, and providing cost effective, standardized high quality dialysis care to the patients. The Nursing Supervisor assures compliance with all regulatory standards. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.
