RN - Adult Homecare

Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Adult patients in their own homes for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity. Responsibilities: * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. * Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: * Currently licensed as an RN or LPN/LVN in the state in which the RN or LPN/LVN will practice. * Current TB or Chest X-Ray. * Current BLS card.
