How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Supervise nursing department operations, including overseeing patient access and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Manage clinical staff by delegating duties, conducting training, and providing ongoing performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain updated processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
