JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and facilitating various department activities with a strong focus on oversight of education projects, orientation and onboarding, continued education needs. Supports Hartford HealthCare Medical Group colleagues in performance improvement activities. Knowledge of various outpatient programs that require education and onboarding. Directly overseeing Colleague education nurses and management of projects and continuing duties of the team.
