Job Overview Shriners Children's, the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center, has an opportunity for a RN Care Manager to join our team in Spokane, WA. This position is at our Spokane loctions which specializes in orthopedics. Responsibilities The RN Care Manager is responsible for providing assessments, planning, interventions and follow-up for patients and family members at Shriners Children's across the continuum of care. Through this function, by joining the team, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on our patient's experience. You'll help to provide continuity of care for positive outcomes in our family centered environment. Qualifications * BSN required * RN license in WA required * Current Case Management Certification (CMC, ACM or ANCC) is required (or required within 12 months of hire) * 3 years Nursing experience required * 1 year Care Management in Pediatrics preferred * Five (5) years' clinical experience in one or more of the facility's service lines (SCL, Pediatric Orthopedic Burn Care, cleft lip and palate) preferred Shriners Childrens Spokane offers a competitive salary and benefit package, including continuing education and professional development opportunities.
