A Schedule That Gives You More Life Outside of Work
Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
This condensed schedule gives you four days off each week, offering more time for rest, family, and personal priorities. It’s a great fit for nurses who enjoy longer stretches of downtime and a predictable, steady rhythm to their workweek.

What You’ll Do
• Triage after-hours patient and family calls, determining needs and coordinating appropriate services
• Assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family needs
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and community partners to ensure seamless care
• Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and care plans

What You Bring
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to support families through emotional and end-of-life challenges
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
