Plan and develop new techniques, assays and methods while providing technical guidance. Organize and coordinate all technical functions and activities of the Lab in this highly visible position. This is a day shift position with oversight extending to other shifts and weekends as inherent in a leadership position. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights. Preferred Criteria * ASCP Certification Required Criteria * Minimum of 6 years in specialized testing * New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License from New York Education Department * Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field of science * Excellent technical skills, including method development and training skills * Cognitive ability to develop and troubleshoot sophisticated analytical procedures Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
