SRVS is currently seeking: * A Full Time Speech Language Pathologist * $250 Sign-On Bonus REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Speech Pathologist (Certificate of Clinical Competence) * Individual Malpractice Insurance * Must be current with all Continuing Education and remain current * Must have a valid drivers license. * Must be able to pass a drug screening, and criminal background/DMV checks. * Passion and commitment to clinical excellence, quality and integrity * Positive attitude and ability to fit in as a collaborative team member for the people we support * Commitment to clinical documentation excellence and quality along with ability to educate and inspire others SCOPE: * Responsible for the evaluations and treatment of Speech-Language disorders in the ICF Department. * Develop speech and language goals and participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDT). * Document all contact and treatments with people on your caseload as required. * Provides and documents al education of DSP/Home Staff on plans developed for the person supported. * Educates all new staff in the home on all plans for the people supported. Maintain documentation of all training. * Knowledge on the ICF/IDD Regulations and ensures compliance with all regulations.
