Nurse Manager(NM) Cardiac Cath Lab(CCL)/Electrophysiology (EP) Lab- Days Full Time

CaroMont Health is hiring a Full-time#Nurse Manager to work Day#shifts within our Cardiac Cath Lab#team at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC! Nurse Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) and Electrophysiology Lab (EPL); and co-manages the Hybrid Operating Room#(Hybrid OR/HOR) with the OR leadership team. Maintains 24hr accountability for staff and department performance.# Participates in organization-wide coordination of patient care and integration of departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission, goals and CARES values. Required Skills # Qualifications: Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).# Bachelor#s degree in Nursing required; Master#s preferred. # Professional nursing certification as defined by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) within 18 months of hire. At least#two years of progressive nursing management experience in acute care setting.# Thorough knowledge of general nursing principles, methods, and techniques. Demonstrated skills in performing nursing procedures; ability to deal tactfully with patients, physicians, department heads, and families/visitors.
