Join Levindale’s Hall 1 team and become part of a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and exceptional long-term care. Hall 1 is a 42-bed subacute rehab unit caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical needs including post-surgical recovery, wound care, IV therapy, cardiac conditions, respiratory support, orthopedic rehabilitation, and short-term skilled nursing care.

 

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a rehab and subacute setting
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, recovery goals, and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document patient care and outcomes within the electronic medical record
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families
  • Support a positive team culture focused on compassion, safety, and excellence

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
  • Less than one year of RN experience welcome to apply
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
