- Lead by example in establishing meaningful connections with residents and families.
Operational Partnership
- Collaborate with the Administrator on staffing strategies, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Ensure efficient scheduling, appropriate skill mix, and optimal staffing levels to support quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform decisions, improve performance, and achieve organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
- Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, survey management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System, MDS, QAPI, and clinical best practices.
Ideal Leadership Profile
- A confident, compassionate, and accountable leader who leads with integrity.
- A natural teacher and mentor who is passionate about developing others.
- A collaborative team-builder with a positive outlook and solutions-focused mindset.
- An adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
- Deeply aligned with Touchstone’s mission to make lives better—every day, for everyone.
