Nursing Program Manager, Urology Clinic in Shrewsbury
Key responsibilities:
- responsible for providing direct patient care and education related to diagnoses and treatment plans, while serving as a clinical expert and resource for both internal and external partners.
-act as the primary nursing liaison between the BCH Urology physicians practicing in Shrewsbury and their external partners.
- establish clinical workflows, staffing models, and operational processes to support successful site operations and long-term program growth.
-lead quality improvement initiatives that advance the organization's commitment to high-quality patient care, an exceptional patient and family experience, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications:
Education:
BSN
Experience:
Required 5 years of experience as an RN.
License/Certification
Current Massachusetts license as a Registered
Nurse.
A nursing certification - could be disease specific or
general pediatric nursing - must be received within
1 year of entering job or clinical expertise
demonstrated by 10 years of relevant clinical work
required.
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
