RN-Palliative Care - Mercy Jefferson

This nurse will be responsible for coordinating palliative care of patients in Home Care and advising/assisting those co-workers in identifying patients that need to be transitioned to Hospice. This nurse may also case manage some patientsfrom the transition period throughout their Hospice length of stay.

Hours/Schedule:

Full-Time

Days/Monday - Friday

No Weekends or Holidays

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from a RN program.
Licensure: Current RN license
Experience: Two or more years related experience.
Certifications: BLS certified through American Heart Association.
Other: Current state driver's license and auto insurance may be required based on the position/unit hired to.
