Oncology Case Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Services 
Full-Time | 1.0 FTE| 8-hour shifts | Days (no weekends)

How you will contribute

An Oncology Case Manager (RN) who excels in this role will:

·         Work with internal and external resources to plan, set up and coordinate oncology patient treatment plans.

·         Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services for oncology patients

·         Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to oncology patient care, patient flow and  clinical standards, policies, and procedures

·         Design, evaluate, and recommend program and policy development

·         Develop and maintain relationships with community referral resources as needed

What we are looking for...

Applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).  Five (5) years of nursing experience is required.  Five (5) years of oncology experience is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

·         Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

·         Oncology Nursing Certification within 5 years of taking the position
