Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care
Shift: Full Time, Days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 hour shifts OR Monday thru Friday 6 hours per day.

This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.
How you'll contribute The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering specialized wound care services, including patient assessment, direct care, clinical staff education, and family instruction to ensure effective treatment outcomes and support rehabilitation goals
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Requires strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
- Must be able to collaborate across disciplines to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications and requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred. Graduate of an accredited Wound Ostomy Care Nurse program Preferred.
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS preferred; WOCN certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care required.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
