Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Bronx is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff for an assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit

• Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures

• Mentor and guide nursing team members

• Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance

• Review resident records, care plans, and quality outcomes

• Address resident and family concerns professionally

• Communicate unit needs and updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Active NY State RN license

• 3+ years of long-term care experience preferred

• 2+ years of Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred

• Strong computer and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
