Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare — RN Supervisor (Nights)

Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a well-established skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Shift: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily nursing staff assignments

  • Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and families

  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff, offering guidance and addressing inquiries

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with facility protocols

  • Ensure resident privacy and proper handling of all confidential information

  • Accurately manage clinical documentation and electronic care records

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications:

  • Active New York State RN license

  • At least 3 years of long-term care experience

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and e-prescribing systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy
