Registered Nurse (RN) Overnight Supervisor

Health Care Facility – Hudson Falls, NY

Overnight RN Supervisor – Mon–Fri | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure top-quality resident care.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead nursing staff by scheduling and managing daily operations

• Support residents and families in a compassionate, caring environment

• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe, clean workspace

• Handle confidential resident information and care documentation

• Foster teamwork and collaboration across the healthcare team

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid RN license

• 3+ years of Long-Term Care experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Comfortable with EHR systems and prescribing programs

• Excellent communication and computer skills
