Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Bronx is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff for an assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit

• Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures

• Mentor and guide nursing team members

• Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance

• Review resident records, care plans, and quality outcomes

• Address resident and family concerns professionally

• Communicate unit needs and updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Active NY State RN license

• 3+ years of long-term care experience preferred

• 2+ years of Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred

• Strong computer and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
