Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures

• Monitor and assess patients emerging from anesthesia, ensuring airway stability, pain control, and hemodynamic support

• Collaborate closely with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams

• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

• Utilize critical-thinking skills and PACU-specific expertise to support safe patient recovery and transitions of care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

• Current, valid North Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact license required

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting required

• Prior ASC or outpatient surgery suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred
