Registered Nurse Operating Room

What We Offer:

 $20,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance up to $7,500!

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours), M-F,  6:45A-3:15P, day shift! Self scheduling on a 6 week time tract.  Some weekday & weekend call required per time tract, this will be discussed further during an interview. 
• Department: Operating Room (OR)
• Location: Medical Park Hospital- 1950 South Hawthorne Road, Winston- Salem, North Carolina
• Unit Info: 11 Operating Rooms. Cases at this facility consists of cysto/urology, general, GYN, robotic, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, oral & vascular cases. This person will be doing mainly urology & GYN cases. 
• Requirements: At least 1 year of recent OR experience required. 

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course, preferred.
• Experience: One year relevant experience
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state
