Nurse Manager-Sub Acute Unit - Day Shift

In this position, some of the responsibilities of the Nurse Manager are: * day to day operation of the unit * assures that resident care is provided in compliance with all regulations and policies * participates in establishing community goals and achieving clinical outcomes * managing and engaging staff in clinical goals Qualifications: * Valid NY state RN license * 4 + years of experience with acute/long term care clinical experience and supervisory skills. * As a service excellence champion to one's team, the Nurse Manager will possess the ability to problem solve and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
