RN - Float Nurse


$29–$36/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join a growing, progressive acute care hospital as they expand their cardiovascular service line and prepare to welcome an additional Electrophysiology (EP) physician. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN to grow with us and cross-train amongst may units delivering skilled nursing to patients throughout the hospital. Additional $2/hour once fully trained!

Schedule

  • Part to Full time - Float
  • Rotating day off
  • Shift Differentials for Evenings & Weekends
  • On-call approximately 9–10 days per month
  • Must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes while on call

Compensation

  • $35.19–$49.86/hour, based on experience and internal equity
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

Required

  • Active RN license (Arkansas or Compact State)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required)
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS certification within three months of hire
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
