RN - Inpatient Rehab

Now Hiring: RN - Inpatient Rehab (Days or Nights) | Colorado Springs 

WSi is currently seeking experienced RNs for an opportunity in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with patients recovering from complex conditions. 

What you’ll do: 

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient rehab setting 

• Perform admissions, assessments, and ongoing patient evaluations 

• Administer IV antibiotics and manage complex clinical needs 

• Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions 

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
