Hospice Admissions RN - New Patient Admission


Hospice Admissions RN, Tuesday to Saturday
Kansas City, MO | Full-time | Tue to Sat, 10am to 7pm | $85,000 to $95,000 a year

We're hiring a Hospice Admissions RN to complete new patient admissions and assessments across the Kansas City metro.

Must-Haves

  • Missouri RN license
  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • 1+ year of hospice nursing
  • CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance

What You'll Do

  • Complete hospice admissions and comprehensive assessments
  • Educate patients and families
  • Coordinate with the hospice care team
  • Document admissions accurately
