Job Type: Full Time Job Category: Nursing Department: Outpatient Clinic Open Date: February 26, 2024 Close Date: May 31, 2024 Schedule (5 days a week) Newkirk Clinic Brooklyn, New York Requirements: * Using the Nursing Process, care for Pediatric and Adult patients in collaboration with providers, clinical and clerical staff. * Assess and triage walk in patients. * Perform intake on scheduled patients. * Perform POCT. * Medication administration. * Vaccine administration. * Patient teaching. * Documentation of all physical assessment. * Assist with patient requests, form completion and pre-visit planning.
