Summary Clinical Nurse (RN) -- Medical Surgical Flex Pool Mercy Medical Center, a Magnet-designated facility, with its rich history and visible dedication to serving the needs of the Baltimore community, is seeking an experienced RN to join the team in Mercy Medical Center's Med/Surg Flex Pool. Our Clinical Nurses (RN) in the Med/Surg Flex Pool independently provide care to adult patients in various medical and surgical subspecialty units. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence-based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members. EOE Now offering a $5000 Sign On Bonus. * Sign On Bonus - must have 2 years experience and commit to F/T employment to qualify Requirements Qualifications: * A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment) * A license (RN) to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board * At least two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in acute care Medical Surgical units required * Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification
