RN - Clinical Nurse Specialist (non-union)

Job Type: Full Time Job Category: Nursing Department: Surgical ICU Open Date: December 26, 2023 Close Date: March 30, 2024 CLINCAL NURSE SPECIALIST SURGICAL ICU Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm No holidays/weekends Requirements: * Clinical expertise in a focus area: Critical Care * Evidence-Based Practice * Collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership * Coordinates and guides clinical activities/projects of nurses within a practice area (Critical Care) * Responsible for maintaining current professional knowledge and competencies and contributing to the advancement of the practice of nursing at the local and national level * Master's degree in Nursing (Graduated preparation must have included clinical application of the CNS role component) Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience and expertise in specialty area Preferred: * Board certification as a CNS in current clinical specialty We offer competitive compensation ($113K-$123K).
