Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Services Director is accountable and responsible for coordination of department/function activities to ensure delivery of quality patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

• Provide effective leadership that supports the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization and H.E.A.R.T values.
• Manage department operations to include staff schedule, staff productivity, resource utilization and expense management to ensure quality patient care and to achieve maximum financial performance.
• Oversee the duties of Bed Management, Float Pool staff, House Supervisors, IV Therapy, Wound Care and utilization of contract labor.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
• Prior related clinical leadership experience required.
