HCA Florida St Lucie Hospital is offering a great program for Registered Nurses!
The Medical Surgical New to Specialty program is a unique opportunity that provides a pathway for experienced Registered Nurses to transition into the hospital setting. It is innovatively designed to provide intense training for experienced nurses with a passion to work in this setting. This program will provide you with the training and the necessary Certifications to succeed in today's Cath Lab environment.
We are looking for RN’s with at least 1-year RN experience for our upcoming cohort!
Program Details:
The RN Medical Surgical New To Specialty program is approximately 10 weeks in duration.
This program consists of didactic (classroom training) and preceptorship that employees will receive directly in the Med Surg that they are being hired into. This program includes a combination of interactive classroom discussions, case studies, online learning, hands-on skills training and simulation with experienced clinical instructors along with working with an experienced clinical nurse preceptor in Med Surg.
This is a paid program - attendance is mandatory for the entire program.
