Additionally, the Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will assist the cardiologists in all aspects of invasive cardiology (diagnostic and intervention, if applicable), including scrubbing, circulating, monitoring and recording hemodynamic parameters in accordance to policy and procedure. Employee shall also be responsible for the operation and reporting of results using blood glucose and oxygen saturation devices in accordance with policy and procedure. Candidates must be flexible to cover first shift and late days as cath lab and hospital needs demand. There will be occasional travel to other DLP Cardiac Partners sites as needs arise. Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Certification/License Licensed RN in NC or compact state with an unencumbered license. BLS certification required, ACLS required within 90-days Minimum Work Experience Minimum of two years of critical care experience or cardiac catheterization experience and working with hemodynamic waveforms and vaso-active medications required. Ability to read and recognize EKGs and dysrhythmias required.
