Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses and injuries, and managing chronic health conditions.
